Bunny visits
Benjamin bunny has enjoyed visiting his friends from preschool over the weekend. He comes with all he needs to make his stay comfortable. If you would like to look after Benjamin, please email us elc.stanthonys@cg.catholic.edu.au
Virtual meet and greet
Regrettably we are unable to hold our regular meet and greet evenings this term due to COVID restrictions however we are working on a virtual presentation that will be sent out to families. This will include topics relevant to the centre, a curriculum overview and class specific information. It is our hope that this will give you greater insight about our daily happenings and answer any lingering questions.
Later in the term we will hold parent/teacher meetings. These meetings will give you the chance to talk to your child’s teacher and to check on how they are settling into preschool life. You will be notified via sZapp to book an appointment.
If you have any questions or concerns prior to meeting with our teachers, please do not hesitate to contact us at preschool.
Reminders
Just a friendly reminder that our opening/closing hours are.
Preschool plus 8am – 5.30pm (children can be dropped off and picked up within these hours)
Preschool 9am – 3pm
Our preschool closes at 5.30pm. Thank you for ensuring you are here prior to this time, allowing our own staff to be on time to pick up their children.
We are a NO NUTS preschool. This includes traces of nuts. Please do not send muesli bars or other products that contain nuts for your child’s lunch.
Our theme for 2022
This year we will continue to grow as a flourishing, faith filled community at preschool caring for staff, the students, our families, and our Parish.
Our students gather every day to share in the power of prayer. We know that together we are better. We have included a prayer that you might like to share as a family.

Lord, we are in awe of what you do when we come together in your name. May that strength and spirit in you continue to grow as we pray for one another and as we build community through prayer.
May we be encouraged as your children as we come together for one another, to plead on each other’s behalf. Keep us steadfast in our hearts that nothing is too small or too large for you, Lord. Delight in the trust we show when we come to you with it all.
We ask for mindfulness to come to you with all our cares. No matter how timid the prayer may seem, Lord, let it reach the heavens with the power of your mighty name.
We know that we grow together by praying for one another. In those moments we help carry the load. Please bless those prayers of healing and interceding.
And Lord when we don’t know what to say to you, Holy Spirit intercede and whisper the words that will bring deliverance through you.
We make this prayer through Christ our Lord.

ELC LUNCH ORDERS
Did you know you can order from the School Canteen for your ELC children?
We have a MINI MENU you need to order from which includes wonderful options suitable to your 3-5 year olds. the full canteen menu is not an option as it is important that our students are eating a healthy and balanced lunch while at Preschool and enjoying ‘sometimes’ foods when they are at home.
To order please download and use the Qkr! app. Once installed, find and click on St Anthony's Parish Primary School and create a profile for your child.
