Welcome to Preschool!! We have had a wonderful start to Preschool and have loved getting to know all the students and families. We are also delighted to see so many grandparents this year helping with drop off and pick up. We have had a busy start to the year with our new sandpit open for business and our chickens settling into their new home. Our garden beds are bursting with tomatoes and we look forward to lots of cooking experiences with the students. |

We were very excited to open our new sandpit. The children have enjoyed exploring this new space. If you would like to donate any preloved cooking utensils that can be used in this learning environment we would gratefully accept them. Thank you Mr Walker for joining us for the Grand Opening!! |
Healthy eating
Benefits of healthy eating in Early Childhood include optimal brain development, physical growth, and early adoption of healthy eating habits. These are important in preparing children for formal schooling and adult years.
We promote healthy eating at the ELC and encourage parents to only pack items that have good nutritional value. Any treats can be left for home time. Please do not send in chips, lollies, biscuits etc.
The children will be encouraged to drink water throughout the day.
Our students are welcome to order lunch from the school canteen. The Preschool mini menu can be found here.
The happiest of Birthdays to the following children who have celebrated thier special day since we started Preschool or just before. Dylan, Zac M, Luca R and Hudson.
We hope you had a fabulous day!
ELC LUNCH ORDERS
Did you know you can order from the School Canteen for your ELC children?
We have a MINI MENU you need to order from which includes wonderful options suitable to your 3-5 year olds. the full canteen menu is not an option as it is important that our students are eating a healthy and balanced lunch while at Preschool and enjoying ‘sometimes’ foods when they are at home.
To order please download and use the Qkr! app. Once installed, find and click on St Anthony's Parish Primary School and create a profile for your child.
