R U OK?
R U OK? Day
R U OK? Day is a national day that aims to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with people around them and support anyone that may be struggling. At St Anthony’s we believe that it is important to teach our children to look out for each other and to also know that there are people that can help when they may not be feeling OK.
We will be raising awareness for R U OK? Day at St Anthony’s by encouraging our children to wear splashes of yellow to school on Thursday the 8th of September (Week 8). Throughout the day, we will be engaging in activities focussed on connecting with others, healthy ways to maintain our wellbeing and exploring support networks for our children.
