Signing out your child from care

If you are unable to complete the signing out process using Xplor please make sure you inform a staff member that you are taking your child.

Xplor update

Thank you for your patience with us while we navigate migration to our new system Xplor.  Opening balances and payments will be applied to accounts this week or early next week which will then show accurate balances due. Please check your junk inbox for emails from Xplor as many parents are not reading correspondence.

Please make sure that you set up a payment system through Xplor as this will be the sole method of payment.

Vacation Care

Bookings for April Vacation Care are now open, below is the link to the booking form and all information was sent out in a seperate compass notification.

Expression of Interests for Pupil Free Days

Friday 11th of April and Monday 28th of April are Pupil Free Days.  Please complete the expression of interest form if you require care, OOSCA will open on those days if it is considered feesable.   Fees for the day $110.

MyGov

We are still waiting for some families to confirm OOSCA enrolments in their MyGov accounts.  It is also a requirement to approve CWA in Xplor. Until this is done any CCS you are entitled to will not be applied to your account.
