Opening Hours 8am-5:30pm
Vacation Care costs $80 per day (including incursions and all other activities) less your CCS rebate
Bookings are only processed if accounts are up to date (finalised)
Bookings
Bookings for Vacation Care are essential and can only be made by submitting this form. It is imperative we have accurate numbers for Vacation Care to provide the appropriate level of staffing.
Please return this form not later than Friday 11th September 2020.
Any forms submitted after this date wll not be accepted

Notice of 5 working days is required to cancel a booking, otherwise charges will apply
Curriculum
The Curriculum has been designed to be flexible and child centered, giving the children an opportunity to make decisions and take control of their day. Allowing the staff and children to evaluate the activities daily ensures that the program provided reflects the children's interests and allows for an extension of the previous day's learning.
Appropriate Clothing
Please ensure that you dress your child for the weather. We will be participating in outdoor play throughout the day and children will be expected to wear appropriate clothing SunSmart clothing and a hat. Singlet tops, shoe string dresses, thongs, backless tops are not sun safe. Please ensure that your child is wearing sun cream on arrival to OOSCA, we will have cream available to reapply throughout the day. Please note that if your child is sensitive to certain sun creams to please send some with your child so they can reapply.
Personal Electronic Devices are no longer allowed to be brought to OOSCA
Children will have access to OOSCA's devices throughout the day. Electronic play will be limited to two 30 minute sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each child will be made aware of OOSCA's IT Expectations.
NO PERSONAL ELECTRONICS WILL BE PERMITTED AT OOSCA DURING VACATION CARE:
