Preschool Holiday Program - April 2024
Dear Families,
Welcome to our Term 1 Holiday Program. The program operates over the school holidays and we are open between 8:00am and 5:30pm. The program has been created to provide high quality care that is also fun and engaging for your child. Please see the outline below for the specific activites or themes each day.
If your child is enrolled for 48 weeks per year, then they are automatically booked in and you do not need to complete a form. They will be able to attend for their usual booked days.
If your child is enrolled for 40 weeks per year, you are now able to make a casual booking for the cost of $150.00 per day, 8am-5:30pm. Casual places are limited and bookings will be accepted on a 'first in' basis.
If you are eligible, CCS will be applied to your fees.
Each day students will be expected to bring their own fruit break, morning tea and lunch. For those children here after 3pm we will supply afternoon tea. Children can wear casual clothes however must have closed in shoes appropriate for outdooor play.
Notice of one week is required to cancel a casual booking otherwise full charges will apply.

CUBBY BUILDING
Let your imagination free using different materials to create a
cubby village together.

Tuesday 16th April
|
DRESS UPS
Come dressed as your favourite character. We will make crowns, masks & magic wands to inspire our imaginative play.

Wednesday 17th April
|
SENSORY GARDEN
We will join older friends and siblings for morning tea and play time.
|
|
|
Thursday 18th April
|
COOKING
Come prepared for an Italian Feast. We will make a Tomato Pasta dish and some delicious dessert.

Friday 19th April
|
NATURE WALK
Observing and respecting the world we live in. We will collect natural items to make art tools and nature art works.

Week 2
|

Monday 22nd April
|
SCOOTERS & TRIKES
Bring your scooter & helmet to ride on the St Anthony’s basketball courts. We will also take our Preschool Tricyles and set up a riding course for the morning.

Tuesday 23rd April
|
SCIENCE FUN
A day of exploring water based science experiments: sinking and floating, freezing and melting, and making storms in a glass.
|

Wednesday 24th April
|
SPORTS DAY
Come in your favourite team colours and be ready to play some fun sports games out on the big oval.

Thursday 25th April
|
MESSY PLAY
Slime, playdough & fingerpaint - dress for mess!
|
|
|
Friday 6th April
|
MOVIE DAY
Time to relax and enjoy a G movie with popcorn and mini muffin pizza.

Bring your favourite board game. puzzle and/or book in to share.
