Preschool Holiday Program - April 2023
Dear Families,
Welcome to our Term 1 Holiday Program. The Program operates over the School Holidays and includes the pupil free day on Monday 24th of April. We are open between 8:00am and 5:30pm. The program has been created to provide high quality care that is also fun and engaging for your child. Please see the outline below for the specific activites or themes each day.
If your child is enrolled for 48 weeks per year, then they are automatically booked in and you do not need to complete a form. They will be able to attend for their usual booked days.
If your child is enrolled for 40 weeks per year, Casual bookings have now closed, however if you require a last minute or emergency booking, please contact us on bec.mackay@cg.catholic.edu.au and Bec will discuss it further with you. Cost for a casual booking is $150.00 per day, 8am-5:30pm. Casual places are limited.
If you are eligible, CCS will be applied to your fees.
Each day students will be expected to bring their own fruit break, morning tea and lunch. For those children here after 3pm we will supply afternoon tea. Children can wear casual clothes however must have closed in shoes appropriate for outdooor play.
Notice of one week is required to cancel a casual booking otherwise full charges will apply.

Come dressed as your favourite character. We will make crowns & magic wands to inspire our imaginative play.

Wednesday 12th April
|
NATURE WALK
Observing and respecting the world we live in. Collect natural items to make art tools and nature art works.
|

Thursday 13th April
|
COOKING
Come prepared for an Italian Feast. We will make a Tomato Pasta dish and some delicious dessert.

Friday 14th April
|
SENSORY GARDEN
We will join older siblings and friends for morning tea and play time.

Monday 17th April
|
SCOOTERS & BIKES
Bring your bike, scooter & helmet to ride on the St Anthony’s basketball courts.

Tuesday 18th April
|
RSPCA - CARING FOR PETS
We have a special incursion planned with a visiting educator from the RSPCA. Through stories, crafts, puppets and dress ups we will be learning how to care for our pets.

Wednesday 19th April
|
SPORTS DAY
Come in your favourite team colours and be ready to play some fun sports games out on the big oval.

Thursday 20th April
|
MESSY PLAY
Slime, playdough & fingerpaint - dress for mess!

Friday 21st April
|
MOVIE DAY
Time to relax and enjoy a G movie with popcorn and mini muffin pizza.
